I know Mr. Trendafilov during our close work at LCWaikiki International Retail operations. During the formation of both the finance team in Bulgaria and the regional finance structure in the area, he had proactive and tireless contributions to me and the team in the HQ. He was selected as mentor/coach to our finance leaders whom newly introduced to global finance structure. From my experiences with him, I am sure that Mr. Trendafilov would make a great addition to any team especially in terms of ERP implementation, forming/re-structuring the finance organization, effective using internal control systems and so on. I've worked with Dimitar for three years in LC Waikiki. I was the finance director of International Retail and he was leading the finance and accounting team of Bulgaria.
