You saw our website and send inquiry, saw advertising in social media, recommendation received. So, you send inquiry.

We will expect you to send us your actual passport & ID card copies (high quality scanned, your company BULSTAT, tax number, etc., list of services you need on our e-mail. We will send back our offer within 24 hours after received abovementioned information.

We will prepare and send for your review Contract & Offer to review, approve & sign. Along with that we will send a Proforma invoice to pay the initial instalment. After payment received and documents send, service(s) could start.

We will send POA’s needed to be notary certified. They are two in number, one before the National Revenue Agency & another before the Commercial register.

The 2 (two) rules we never compromise:
a) pay on time, till end of the reporting month;
b) documents to be sent with the highest possible scan quality till 5th following month.
Violating a) & b) rules leads to our contract’s termination. Be sure that all provisions of our services contract,
incl., abovementioned is in the best Client’s interest.

Yes, sure we will send package of documents DRAFTS as follows: services Contract, price Offer, Declaration of data
protection, for review, approval & signature. Again, please focus on our leading rules: pay on time & documents
scanned at the highest quality.

1st installment to be paid, consist of one-off fees for the initial company’s administration (software license,
e-signature authorization, company’s data enter in the data base, manager’s PIN registrations), tax address fee,
1st monthly service fee. Along, with that POAs (two in number) notary certify.

Yes, sure. In Bulgaria we will visit my trusted notary office and I will pay the fee/cost of service. In abroad please
visit the closest Consulate General of Bulgaria. Please check out if it needs to book a time beforehand.

35 EUR per POA. Also, important please check out if needed additional notary certify of the POA’s content
as well.
